Is a private mortgage legally binding?

Do I need a conveyancer when selling or purchasing or can I represent myself?
You cannot represent yourself and must have a conveyancer attend to the transaction on your behalf. (once upon a time you could act for yourself but now with all the ID laws and AML, electronic conveyancing you must have a registered conveyancer
Can you review the documents before I sign?
Absolutely! This allows us to review everything before execution to make sure everything is all in order. If any changes do need to be made, it is easier to do this now before everyone has signed.
What happens once the contract is signed?
Once the contract is signed, your agent will send through all documents. We will then make contact with you to advise what is required / what we need from you / next steps and can go over any queries you may have.
